Pure Enrichment PureBliss Luxury Towel Warmer Review: Who It Suits, Who Should Skip It

Written By r.w@hotmail.ch

Samantha Myers is a stay at home mom in Idaho City and the proud mother of two girls who writes from real life as an author. Years of hands on experience running her home have made her a trusted voice on towel warmers and other home appliances that bring comfort to daily routines.

The Pure Enrichment PureBliss Luxury Towel Warmer is a good pick if you want a bucket warmer that looks like decor, has a simple 15/30/45/60-minute timer and comes with a 5-year warranty, which is longer than most buckets in this class advertise. It is a weaker pick if you want the biggest owner track record or the lowest price: the Keenray CL1 has far more Amazon ratings, and several 20-liter buckets from other brands sell for less.

How we put this review together

We did not test the PureBliss ourselves. This review is built from the Pure Enrichment product page, the Amazon listings for both color versions, the owner reviews on Pure Enrichment’s own site, Amazon’s review summary and one published hands-on review (POPSUGAR, December 2023). All ratings and review counts were checked on October 18, 2026. Prices change too often to print, so we link to the current listing instead.

The useful part of that research is where the sources disagree. The PureBliss scores 4.6/5 from 29 reviews on Pure Enrichment’s site but 4.2/5 from about 165 ratings per color on Amazon. Larger, more mixed samples usually tell you more, so we lean on the Amazon picture for the cons.

PureBliss specs at a glance

Everything below comes from the Pure Enrichment product page unless noted.

  • Type: plug-in bucket warmer with a detachable lid
  • Capacity: 20 liters
  • What fits (manufacturer guidance): two 40″ x 70″ extra-large bath towels, three 30″ x 56″ regular bath towels, or one 50″ x 60″ throw blanket
  • Timer: 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes on a touch button; beeps and shuts off at the end of the cycle
  • Finishes: white with brushed silver, or white with brushed gold
  • Warranty: 5 years from Pure Enrichment
  • Ratings (Oct 18, 2026): 4.2/5 from 165 Amazon ratings (silver), 4.2/5 from 166 Amazon ratings (gold), 4.6/5 from 29 reviews on pureenrichment.com

One spec to ignore: the Amazon listing gives item dimensions of 5.12 x 6.3 x 9.84 inches. That cannot describe a bucket that holds two bath sheets, so treat it as a listing error. Pure Enrichment does not publish outer dimensions on its product page, so measure your floor or counter space generously and compare it with the 20-liter buckets below. Zadro, for example, lists its 20L Large bucket at 12 inches across and about 21 inches tall.

What owners like

The look. Appearance is one of the positive themes in Amazon’s review summary, and it is the main reason the PureBliss costs more than generic buckets. The brushed metal base and handle are the design, not an add-on.

Even warmth when it is given time. On Pure Enrichment’s site, one owner who replaced a competing warmer that broke after about a year wrote that the PureBliss heats “hotter, but not too hot” and more evenly. POPSUGAR’s reviewer found it took around 10 minutes to warm its contents and started the 60-minute cycle about half an hour before showering to avoid cool spots.

A timer that ends on its own. The cycle stops after 15 to 60 minutes with a beep, so you do not have to remember to switch it off before leaving the house.

Tidy storage. POPSUGAR noted that the cord wraps around the base when not in use and that the outside stayed cool to the touch during her use.

Warranty. Five years is the strongest single argument for this model, because durability is the main complaint about the two most-reviewed buckets in the comparison below.

What owners complain about

The power button. Amazon’s review summary lists ease of use as a negative, with customers saying the warmer is difficult to turn on. A 4-star reviewer on Pure Enrichment’s site explains why: the same button powers the unit and cycles the timer, and you have to press, hold and release repeatedly to land on the time you want.

Mixed heating reports. Amazon rates functionality and heating performance as mixed. Some owners say it heats quickly; others say towels did not get warm enough or that the unit stopped working. A 3-star reviewer on the brand site said towels had not gotten as warm as expected on the settings tried so far.

A cord, and an outlet near where you stand. It is a plug-in appliance. POPSUGAR’s bathroom had one outlet above the sink, which limited where the bucket could sit. If your only outlet is a GFCI next to the vanity, plan the spot before ordering.

No heat-level control. The four settings are run times, not temperatures. If you want low/medium/high, look at buckets that list separate heat levels.

PureBliss vs. the best-selling alternatives

Most shoppers comparing the PureBliss are also looking at the Keenray CL1, the Zadro Large and the SAMEAT bucket, because they sit at the top of Amazon’s towel warmer rankings. Here is what each listing and manufacturer page states, side by side.

Model Stated capacity / fit Timer Warranty stated Amazon rating (Oct 18, 2026) Main owner complaint (Amazon summary)
Pure Enrichment PureBliss 20L; two 40″x70″ towels 15/30/45/60 min, auto shut-off 5 years (manufacturer) 4.2/5, 165 ratings Hard to turn on; mixed heating
Keenray CL1 Two 40″x70″ towels Auto shut-off Not checked 4.5/5, 6,340 ratings Durability (breaking within a year)
Zadro Large 20L; 12″ dia. x 21″ tall Timer, auto shut-off Not checked 4.2/5, 3,478 ratings Lukewarm towels; units failing at ~6 months
SAMEAT Large Two 40″x70″ towels Auto shut-off Not checked 4.5/5, 1,730 ratings Not checked

“Not checked” means we did not find the figure on the source we used; check the listing before buying rather than assuming.

Keenray CL1: the most-reviewed bucket

With more than 6,000 Amazon ratings at 4.5/5, the CL1 has the largest owner sample of the four. Amazon’s summary is positive on warmth and quality but flags durability, with many owners reporting a failure within a year, plus mixed notes on heating time and a smell on first use. Choose it if a big, mostly happy review base matters more to you than finish or warranty length. We cover the brand in more depth in our Keenray towel warmer review.

Zadro Large: same capacity, published dimensions

The Zadro Large is also 20 liters, and Zadro publishes its size: about 12 inches across and 21 inches tall. That makes it easier to plan around a tight bathroom. Amazon’s summary praises its appearance in small bathrooms but reports mixed heating (some towels only lukewarm), units that stop working after about six months, and a musty smell. See our Zadro towel warmer reviews for the rest of the range.

SAMEAT Large: the current best seller

SAMEAT’s wood-handled bucket was the #1 best seller in Amazon’s towel warmer category when we checked, with 4.5/5 from 1,730 ratings. Its listing claims the same two-bath-sheet fit as the PureBliss. It is the one to look at if you like the bucket format but don’t care about brushed metal styling.

Who should buy the PureBliss

  • You want the warmer on display. In a bedroom, walk-in closet or open bathroom, the brushed silver or gold trim matters more than it would tucked under a vanity.
  • You worry about failures. Since early failures are the top complaint for the Keenray and Zadro buckets, a 5-year manufacturer warranty is worth paying a little more for. Register the product and keep the receipt.
  • You warm towels on a schedule. If you start a 45- or 60-minute cycle before your shower, the slow warm-up owners mention stops mattering.
  • You are buying a gift. Amazon’s review summary says customers find it a fantastic gift, and the two finishes make it easy to match a room.

Who should skip it

  • You want hot towels in five minutes. Plan on 10 minutes or more, according to the hands-on review and owner comments.
  • You want temperature settings. The PureBliss only sets run time.
  • You want the largest owner sample. About 330 Amazon ratings across both colors is modest next to Keenray’s 6,000+.
  • You want a warmer that heats the room or dries towels. A bucket warms what is inside it. For drying damp towels and taking the chill off a bathroom, a wall-mounted rack is the better tool; see our heated towel rack picks.

Getting warmer towels out of the PureBliss

Most “not warm enough” complaints about bucket warmers come down to loading and timing, not the heating element. These habits follow from the manufacturer’s guidance and owner comments:

  1. Roll or loosely fold, don’t stuff. Pure Enrichment says to roll or loosely add items. Tightly packed towels leave a cold core.
  2. Stay within the stated load. Two 40″ x 70″ bath sheets or three 30″ x 56″ towels is the limit the maker gives. A robe plus two towels will warm less evenly.
  3. Use dry, cotton items. The product page describes it as designed for everyday cotton items. It is a warmer, not a dryer.
  4. Start early and choose a longer cycle. Owners who get good results start the 45- or 60-minute setting before they get in the shower.
  5. Keep the lid closed during the cycle so the warm air stays in the bucket.

FAQ

How many towels fit in the PureBliss?

Pure Enrichment says it fits two extra-large 40″ x 70″ bath towels, three regular 30″ x 56″ bath towels, or one 50″ x 60″ throw blanket in its 20-liter bin.

How long does the PureBliss take to warm towels?

POPSUGAR’s reviewer found it took about 10 minutes to warm its contents, and one owner quoted there recommends at least 10-15 minutes for even heat across the whole towel. The timer runs up to 60 minutes.

Does the PureBliss shut off automatically?

Yes. It runs for the 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes you select, then beeps and shuts off.

What warranty does the PureBliss have?

Pure Enrichment backs it with a 5-year warranty. The detachable lid and user manual come in the box.

Is the gold version different from the silver one?

Not in the specs. Both are sold as the same 20-liter warmer with the same timer; only the brushed trim color changes. On Amazon they have separate listings with almost identical ratings (4.2/5 from 165 and 166 ratings).

Which one to buy

Buy the PureBliss if styling and a 5-year warranty matter more to you than the lowest price and the biggest review count, and get used to starting the timer before your shower. If you want the most-proven bucket, go with the Keenray CL1. If you need exact dimensions to fit a small bathroom, the Zadro Large publishes them. More options are in our best bucket towel warmers roundup.
